2002 Subaru Impreza
Purchased in June of 2001 (the 2002 model year Impreza was released in April of 2001 I believe . . .)
This was the first year for this particular design and it’s a definite improvement over the old one.
I went for the Outback Sport Trimline which comes with the 2.5 litre 165hp engine, 16 inch alloy wheels, CD player, ABS, Power Windows, Door Locks, and Mirrors, heavy duty suspension and many more features. I didn’t necessarily want the SUV look but for what options I wanted and what it had it was the best value.
Since purchasing this car I had added a remote starter and a different stereo head unit.
Overall this is a very nice car. It’s comfortable and drives well. It’s not a WRX but still no slouch on acceleration.

The below pictures are of one of the larger snow storms of the 2004/2005 holiday season. One really nice thing about that car is I didn’t have to bother shoveling that out. I just backed up.
